About Davis Jensen
Davis Jensen combines heritage, talent as a player and experience to create his coaching style. Davis brings his unique background of growing up in the golf business, playing competitive collegiate and professional golf, and working as a golf professional to his students.
He grew up in Albany, New York where his father has been a club professional for the past 30 years as well as a Division l college golf coach. Davis grew up surrounded by all aspects of the golf game.
He is an accomplished golfer. In 2013 he won the New York State Individual High School Championship, the highest honor for a high school player. He went on to be a Division III All-American at Methodist University. As a professional, Davis qualified for the 2020 and 2026 PGA National Club Professional Championship. As well as winning the 2025 Wisconsin PGA Match Play Championship. Davis has been nominated for Wisconsin Teacher of the Year and Wisconsin Junior Golfer Teacher of the Year in 2024 and 2025.
Davis is a Class A member of the PGA of America. He graduated from Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Professional Golf Management.
He is TPI certified by Titleist Golf. TPI is the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. There are many ways to swing a golf club, but there is only one efficient way for a player to swing based on the player’s physical capabilities. He is also trained in TrackMan technology to better understand the basics of ball flight laws and how to apply the science behind the numbers to result in a more efficient golfer.
Davis lives in West Bend, WI along with his wife Abigail and daughter Lyda. His other passion is skiing, another activity that he started at a young age.
